We hope we don't disappoint, but just in case it doesn't work out, here are the details:
The Teal Tulip carries limited inventory to keep each customers look and style unique. With that in mind, we currently can only accept returns for store credit.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with all tags attached. Deodorant stains, odors, dog hair and etc. are not tolerated.
You must submit a returns request to email@example.com. We will provide you with our return mailing address, and confirm whether an exchange or refund is required. Please include your order number when e-mailing. Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm Central. We endeavor to respond within 24 hours (weekdays).
There is no restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Incorrectly/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling. Any store credit issued will expire 30 days from issue date. If a refund has been approved, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your statement.
Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.
